What is the Managed Firewall Service?
wizlynx group offers the Firewall Service to manage and monitor firewalls deployed at branch offices, partner offices, factories, data centers, and sites with LAN segmentation. The Firewall Service is complemented by the Managed Extranet Service as an add-on option and can be purchased on top of the Firewall Service.
Our service is delivered globally with a 24/7 “follow-the-sun” support, and the devices are managed centrally to ensure simplified troubleshooting, reliable change management, and fast deployment of new devices.
The Firewall Service includes, amongst others:
- The central management of firewalls at customer locations
- Delivery, logistics, and deployment globally
- Device management and patching
- Device monitoring
- The provision of service based on agreed service levels for response to and resolution of change requests and incidents
- Provision of defined reports for end-customer service delivery / service support information and billing
- Capacity and Availability Management to support the customer’s demand management process and provide capacity plans to enable your IT to quickly respond to changing business requirements, and guarantee the availability of service as defined by agreed key performance indicators
