The Remote Support Provisioning Portal is a web based application with the primary goal of managing remote support accounts. This portal will reduce administration effort, simplify account provisioning and management of teams and supply password self-reset features. Optionally, the portal extends with business workflows following your custom business processes for request and password management. This product has been integrated to support LDAP authentication on the Bomgar Box™.
