Wizlynx S de RL de CV, a member of wizlynx group recently spoke at the Telefónica Security Information Week in Mexico City, informing the audience how cybercriminals use social engineering to attack organizations through the weakest link à humans!
The presentation was presented by two of our wizlynx group Cyber Security Consultants and Social Engineering experts, Carlos Cañedo and Eric Castañeda.
Our presentation started by providing in-depth explanations to the audience about what phishing is and all its variants. The presentation was then followed by a live demonstration which showed how a victim, after having clicked on a URL in a phishing email, can get its computer fully controlled by a remote attacker.
